Cubie FX ("we", "us") is operated by Cubie Tec, Sylhet, Bangladesh. This policy explains what data the website collects, why, and what choices you have. It applies to cubiefx.com and its subdomains.

2. Information you give us

• Account details — if you register, we store your name, email address and an encrypted password.
• Journal entries — trades, notes and screenshots you choose to save to your account.
• Messages — anything you send through the contact form or by email.

3. Information collected automatically

• Usage data — pages visited, referring site, approximate region, browser and device type.
• Cookies and similar technology — see section 6.
• Server logs — IP address and request time, kept for security and abuse prevention.

4. What stays on your device

The calculators run entirely in your browser. Account balances, risk percentages and stop-loss values you type into a calculator are not transmitted to our servers and are not stored by us unless you deliberately save them to a journal entry.

• To provide and maintain the website and your account.

• To understand which tools are used, so we can improve them.

• To send updates you have asked for. Every email includes an unsubscribe link.

Cubie FX is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of this page will always show when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
