How Cubie FX handles your information.
Cubie FX ("we", "us") is operated by Cubie Tec, Sylhet, Bangladesh. This policy explains what data the website collects, why, and what choices you have. It applies to cubiefx.com and its subdomains.
The calculators run entirely in your browser. Account balances, risk percentages and stop-loss values you type into a calculator are not transmitted to our servers and are not stored by us unless you deliberately save them to a journal entry.
We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We also use analytics cookies to measure traffic.
This site does not currently display third-party advertising, and no advertising cookies are set. If that changes we will say so here before it does, and the paragraph below explains how you would opt out.
You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. For opting out of third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalised advertising, visit aboutads.info. You can also block or delete cookies through your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then stop working.
The Cubie FX Android app is covered by this policy, and collects less than the website does. It contains no analytics and no crash reporting, and no advertising of any kind. The only Google library in it is the one that delivers notifications.
Signed in, the app sends what you type into it: your name and email at sign-up, anything you add to your profile, and the trades, plans, saved calculations, watchlist, price alerts and chart screenshots you create. If you allow notifications it also sends the messaging token for this device, which is the address a notification is delivered to and nothing else.
A great deal stays on the phone and is never sent anywhere: which lessons you have read, your practice missions, your simulator account, your readiness score, your game scores, your answers to the psychology tests, and your risk and display settings. Clearing the app's data clears them.
Payments in the app are taken by Google Play. No card number is asked for or stored by us.
You can delete your account and its data from inside the app, under Me → Account → Delete account, or from the account deletion page.
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site — hosting, email delivery, the price feed, the payment gateway and web analytics — and only to the extent needed to perform that service. We have no advertising partners. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Account data is kept while your account is active. Server logs are kept for a limited period for security purposes. If you delete your account, associated personal data is removed from our active systems.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing privacy@cubiefx.com. If you are in a region covered by the GDPR or similar law, you also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Cubie FX is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and passwords are stored hashed. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
We may update this policy. The revision date at the top of this page will always show when it last changed. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
