Open the Cubie FX app and go to Me → Account → Delete account. You will be asked for your password to confirm it is you. It takes effect straight away and cannot be undone.
Email privacy@cubiefx.com from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my account. We reply within seven days, and the deletion is done once we have confirmed the request came from the account holder.
Everything held against the account:
Whatever is on your phone alone — the lessons you have read, your practice missions, your simulator account, your readiness score, your game scores and your answers to the psychology tests — was never sent to us and goes when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
Payment records are kept for seven years. We are required to keep them: they are the record of a transaction, and tax and accounting law in most places asks for them. They hold the plan, the amount, the date and the transaction reference, and they are separated from your name and email when the account goes.
Server logs holding an IP address and a request time are kept for thirty days for security and abuse prevention, then discarded.
Nothing else is retained.
Uninstalling removes what is on the phone. The account and what is stored against it stay until you ask for them to go, using one of the two ways above.
