1. Acceptance

By accessing cubiefx.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Cubie FX is operated by Cubie Tec, Bangladesh.

2. What the service is

Cubie FX provides calculators, reference information about proprietary trading firms, and optional account features such as a trading journal. It is an informational and computational tool only.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing on this website is investment, financial, tax or legal advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument. Calculator outputs are arithmetic based on the numbers you enter. All trading decisions are yours alone. See the Risk Disclaimer for the full statement.

4. Accuracy

We work hard to keep formulas, contract specifications and prop firm rules correct, but we do not warrant that any figure is accurate, complete or current. Contract sizes, pip conventions, swap rates and firm rules change without notice. Always verify against your broker or firm before trading.

5. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
  • Provide accurate registration details and keep them current.
  • We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy or republish substantial parts of the site without written permission.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system, account or data.
  • Interfere with the site's operation, including through automated request flooding.
  • Upload unlawful, infringing or malicious content.
  • Use the site to mislead others about its origin or ownership.

7. Intellectual property

The Cubie FX name, logo, design, text and code are owned by Cubie Tec and protected by copyright and trademark law. Third-party names and logos, including those of proprietary trading firms, belong to their respective owners and appear here for identification only. Their appearance does not imply any partnership or endorsement.

8. Third-party links and advertising

The site links to external websites and displays third-party advertising. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it. Some outbound links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no additional cost to you. This never changes what we write about a firm.

9. Paid features

Some features may require a subscription. Pricing, billing cycles and refund conditions are described on the pricing and refund pages at the time of purchase. We may change pricing with notice for future billing periods.

10. Limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cubie Tec is not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, data loss or any indirect or consequential damage arising from use of, or inability to use, this website.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Cubie Tec against claims arising from your misuse of the site or breach of these terms.

12. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may update these terms; the revision date above shows when they last changed. Continued use means acceptance.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of its courts.
