Our review
For a first live account it does the job. Micro accounts let you trade genuinely small size, which is the right way to start, and the education is better than most brokers bother with.
The cost of that accessibility is spread. XM is not a cheap broker to trade actively — the standard account carries no commission but the spread absorbs it, and scalping is not a good fit.
Treat the bonus promotions carefully. They come with trading volume conditions that are easy to misjudge.
